Sandra Meng
Sandra is a PhD Candidate in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School. Her research interests include organisational behaviour, Human Resource Management, and strategy. Prior to starting the PhD, she gained professional experience in HR Compliance and Global Mobility consulting across various industries and organisational sizes.
Her current research seeks to understand how organisational learning and leadership skills impact digital transformation. She aims to identify gaps in digital strategy teaching and develop methods to address them for enhanced performance and continuous learning. The research focuses on the AEC sector, collaborates with partner organisations, and is co-supervised by the School of Built Environment at UNSW and the Centre for Next-Gen Architectural Manufacturing funded by the Australian Research Council
