Our schools

Our eight schools are home to world-leading academics and globally recognised research centres and institutes such as the Centre for Quantum Computation & Communication Technology and the newly established UNSW RNA Institute. They continue to gain wide recognition for outstanding education and research outcomes.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

Through the UNSW Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) group, we reduce barriers which impede equity, diversity and inclusion via initiatives that benefit both staff and students.

Sustainability

The Science Sustainability Working Group (SSWG) organise projects on campus in accordance with the aims of the UNSW Environmental Sustainability Plan and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The SSWG frame their goals within three target areas: 1) Campus and Climate, 2) Education and 3) Research.

The UNSW Science Advisory Council, made up of leaders from government, public service and industry, lend their energy, expertise and influence to pursue our vision to be a world-leading faculty.
